You could also be shampooing too much,not rinsing the soap out well enough,or you may actually have an underlying skin condition.Why the dandruff still existing after using continuously anti dantruff shampoos?
Those anti dandruff shampoos sometimes work and sometimes don't. I really think that the best thing to do is to go to a natural shampoo and conditioner. My whole family did this and we don't have dandruff any more and we don't have the itchy scalp anymore. Also if you have a weekend spare try this. Have a shower cap ready. Use olive oil and rub vigorously into the scalp. Put the shower cap on and leave for as long as you can. Rinse out with a little shampoo and pour a can of bubbling beer over your hair for the final rinse. It sounds crazy but it works.
